This remodel completely changed the house without tearing it down. The pool is the only part of the house that didn't move! The client refreshed the pool with new coping, new travertine, and a screened patio with an outdoor kitchen. The interior walls were removed to allow for an expansive living space. Glass sliders in the great room give a generous view of the pool and the canal. The gourmet kitchen is a Chef's dream! It includes a bar for service but doesn't exclude you from your guests or a gorgeous view outside. This project was challenging, given the FEMA regulations, but very rewarding to Adrian, as the contractor. He enjoyed working with the client. Communication and constant interaction with the client provided the results you see.
